1 cup blueberries (frozen)
1 banana (frozen)
3 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
½ tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon almond butter
¾ cup water
½ cup ice
Toppings: Sprinkle of blueberries and cinnamon
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until a desired consistency is reached.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with your choice of ingredients.
Protein powder serving for males: 4 tablespoons.
