The 6 Week Glow Girl Program is for busy women who want to lose weight using my low carb fit method. Across the 6 weeks you will: - Learn how to confidently create low carb meals to help you lose weight and keep it off for good. - Learn how many calories and carbs your body needs to lose weight and how to adjust when exercising - Learn to cook delicious low carb, gluten free meals and snacks with minimal ingredients - Learn what food products to stock your pantry and fridge with - Learn how to live low carb whilst eating out and socialising - Learn how to beat those sugar cravings - Learn how to create positive habits to live a healthier lifestyle The program includes: 1) Weekly 1 hour group coaching calls via Zoom - 6 calls in total, every Tuesday night at 6:00pm. During the call we will discuss a new topic, your wins and challenges for the week and do a review of your food diary 2) 10 learning modules including: Low Carb Method Macronutrients Healthy Habits Meal Planning & Prepping Low Carb & Exercise, Meal Timing Low Carb Pantry & Products, Sugar Substitutes, Label Reading Sugar Cravings Alcohol, Eating Out, Setting Boundaries 6 Week Meal Plans, Snack Ideas, 5 Minute Low Carb Meals Food Cheat Sheets 3) 65 low carb recipes plus 6 week meal plans 4) Access to the private Facebook group used to answer your questions, provide support and keep you accountable to your weight loss goal. This is super collaborative and supportive. 5 ) An information pack outlining the Program details, structure and additional supporting resources. Next steps... Once you have paid and booked the program, you will receive a questionnaire that will help me calculate your calorie requirements to reach your weight loss goal. You will also receive a Program Information Pack with links to the weekly Q&A, Facebook group, 'how to guides', cheat sheets and templates in a seperate email.
