Roasting your own nuts is cheaper than buying them already roasted and gives you complete confidence they haven’t been tossed in an undesired oil.
125g walnuts, raw
1125g macadamias, raw
125g almonds, raw
125g pecans, raw
¼ cup flaxseed
Sprinkle of sea salt
Pre heat oven to 180°C.
Place the nuts, flaxseed and salt onto a tray lined with baking paper.
Put the tray into the oven and roast for approximately 15 minutes or until the nuts are golden brown.
Once cooled, pour the nuts into a glass jar.
