Raspberry and Goji Smoothie

Gluten Free | Vegan | Dairy Free | Low Carb

Serves 1

My dairy free raspberry and goji smoothie is a great mid week breakfast if you're time poor and running out the door. Raspberries and goji berries are fruits low in sugar and are a great source of antioxidants which assist with inflammation in the body.


1 cup raspberries

1 cup (250ml) almond milk, unsweetened

½ small zucchini

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon goji berries

1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon flaxseed

1 tablespoon almond butter

½ cup ice (optional)


Place all ingredients into a blender / NutriBullet and blend until a desired consistency is reached.

Poor the smoothie into a glass or travel cup (if you're on the move or saving it for later). Enjoy!

Note: Add ½ banana to your smoothie post workout. The addition of complex carbs will assist replenishing muscle glycogen stores.
