Healthy Hormone Granola

Serves 10
Ingredients
½ cup raw almonds, chopped
½ cup raw hazelnuts, chopped
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup flaxseeds
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup coconut flakes
¼ cup cacao nibs
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons maca powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup or rice malt syrup
Method
Pre heat the oven to 180°C.
Place all ingredients (apart from the cacao nibs) into a large mixing bowl.
Place the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Toss through the cacao nibs once the granola is cooked.
Serve with ½ cup coconut yoghurt, ½ cup strawberries, 1 tablespoon of almond butter + ½ banana (if post training). Schedule
