Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

My Chocolate Smoothie Bowl is the perfect low carbohydarte breakfast option. Pour it into a bowl and eat with a spoon or guzzle it down in a glass with a straw!

Serves 1


¾ zucchini, fresh or frozen

3 tablespoons protein powder

½ cup (240ml) coconut yoghurt

1 cup (240ml) almond milk

1 tablespoon flaxseed

2 tablespoons cacao powder

1 tablespoon maca powder

Handful ice


Throw all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until a desired consistency is reached.

Pour into a glass and add some raspberries and chocolate buckinis (recipe coming soon) on top. Enjoy!

Note: If you are consuming this smoothie post training, add complex carbohydrates ie ½ banana. ​ Schedule
