Peanut Butter Balls


My easiest recipe to date! With only 4 ingredients, these Peanut Butter Balls are an absolute winner. The perfect balance of sweet and crunchy, they make a great afternoon snack or on the go breakfast option.

Makes 10 balls

Calories per ball: 235


1 cup oats

1 cup desiccated coconut

4 tablespoons maple syrup or rice malt syrup

½ cup peanut butter

Pinch salt


Add all ingredients into a large bowl.

Mix together to combine.

Roll into 10 balls.

Store in the fridge for up to a week.
