I create various types of healthy recipes including breakfast and smoothie options, 5 minute 'on the go' lunches, one pot wonders and nourishing snacks / treats.
All of my recipes are naturally gluten free and can be tailored to highlight a particular dietary requirement (e.g. low fodmap, dairy free, nut free etc), diet type (e.g. low carb, vegan, vegetarian, plant based etc) ingredients, methods or cuisine.
Recipe nutritional panels and food photography can also be included as part of the recipe development project.
