My nutrition seminars and programs show your employees exactly how to increase their energy, stay more focused, improve their performance, all through educating them how to make better food choices.
I work with businesses to create bespoke one off seminars or ongoing nutrition programs, with popular seminar and program topics as follows:
- Nourish & Flourish: This is my signature program which touches on setting health goals, building a balanced plate, creating healthy habits, food and mood, snacking tips etc).

Seminars and programs are generally delivered in person, with the option to conduct via Zoom if need be. I can tailor the seminar nutrition topics, duration and format to suit your business' needs. I am available to do seminars at gyms, fitness studios, cafes, schools, health centres and retreats.

We enjoyed the nutrition webinar with Lane - There was a lot of valuable information presented today that can help us with making better lifestyle and food choices, especially whilst keeping motivated during lockdown.
You can book the cooking demonstrations for small groups of friends or for a corporate team building event. They can be conducted in person at your location or via Zoom.
The 60 minute cooking demonstration includes 2 recipes comprising 1 x main meal and 1 x dessert. The 90 minute cooking demonstration includes 3 recipes comprising 1 x main meal, 1 x dessert and 1 x drink or side.
I provide the recipe cards 2 weeks prior to the event so ingredients can be purchased in advance. The recipes can be tailored to suit your group's needs including dietary requirements.
Examples of cooking demonstration styles and recipes include:
- Black bean brownies, fish taco's, pineapple mojito (shown below)
Amalfi Coast Dinner
- Basil pesto bruschetta, limonchello spritz, tuscan chicken
Healthy and wholesome
- Cookie dough bliss balls, crispy skin salmon, chopped chicken salad
- Thai pumpkin soup, tandoori chicken,
Aussie mid week meals
- Naked burgers, gluten free chicken strips with slaw, dark choc oat cookies
- Root veggie frittata, tofu pumpkin, strawberry and walnut blondie.
Low carb Christmas -
Perfect roast chicken, charred brussels, bacon and walnuts, rocky road

The cooking class was a lot of fun and the dishes were very tasty (think I’ve found my new Summer drink too).
My kids all got involved at one point too so it was a great night for all of us.
