Chocolate for breakfast, hell yes! And this is the reason why. Cacao is rich in magnesium and can be beneficial for improving cravings, sports recovery, sleep, headaches, menstruation pain and bone health.
This Chocolate Nutter Smoothie is smooth and decadent, with some added crunch from cacao nibs on top.
30g vanilla WPI protein powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon cacao powder
½ tablespoon tahini
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until a desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
